After a full magazine is inserted and a cartridge is loaded in the chamber and safety catch is engaged, the handgun is kept in 55 0C for 12 hours and it is fired in burst mode while the barrel position is 0 (- 3) degrees.

The handgun with one magazine is kept submerged in a 5% concentration(50 gr salt NaCl in 1 litre water) in room temperature (20-3) 0C for 24 hours. (The magazine will not be inserted in the handgun)
Dye and coating of pistol and magazine will be reviewed, no swelling, deletion, covering, colour and tone change will exist.

The magazine is filled with cartridges two less than the maximum capacity and two empty shells are inserted on top. Without engaging the safety catch, it is dropped on 5 cm thick steel plate on the concrete ground from 1,5 metre height;

In the controls after each drop, it was determined that the solid shell in the chamber is not burst, there is no impact mark on the shell, there is no crack, rupture, swelling on the parts of the handgun and the handgun is suitable for firing.
60 cartridges are fired with the handgun after drop test.
In this test, 10 cartridges shall be fired with the handgun and the speed of the bullet 10 metres ahead of the muzzle shall be measured. The standard of this speed should be 335 m/sec..
Test Result : speed of the handgun was measured 350 m/sec.
10 pcs. 9×19 mm Parabellum full jacketed lead bullets with average chamber pressure of 2600 kg/cm² are fired to the target from 25 metres.
Standard of this test: All of the 10 strikes should be within maximum 8 cm radius. Test result : all of 10 strikes is collected in circle of 6 cm. diameter.
15 pcs. 9×19 mm surcharged cartridges with average pressure of 2800-3700 kg/cm² are fired continuously. It is aimed to check whether high pressurized cartridges might damage the handgun or its parts during firing.
TISAS conducts impact test on a handgun selected among the lot with a mass which is approximately 2500-2800 kg.
Following this test which is applied on a concrete ground, it was seen that there is no crack, rupture, swelling on the parts of the handgun and it was determined that the handgun is suitable for firing.
60 cartridges are fired with the handgun following the impact test.
Destructive examination is conducted on the sample handgun which was subjected to the impact test and the internal structure and hardness values of the handgun are checked.
In these controls, it is required that the values comply with project values.
